The Viveka Alvestrand Wavelife collection of contemporary jewellery pieces is a true expression of me and my aesthetic.
It is inspired by my love of the sea and shapes formed by water along the shoreline. Pretty much every time I go to the beach I come back with ideas for new pieces and my pocket full of pebbles and shell fragments.
I will never tire of playing around with forms and silhouettes that I find and have stored in my memory bank. As a result, the Wavelife collection will expand over time. There are other collections in the pipeline, too.
In fact, I am working on a new design for earrings to add to Wavelife as I am writing this. Or it might become a pendant – or both?
