Shipping & Delivery

Every piece of Viveka Alvestrand jewellery is handmade in Surrey in England and ships worldwide.

If jewellery is in stock it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. For out-of-stock items, please allow 2-3 weeks for making and hallmarking, which is carried out by the London Assay Office.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked - delivers within two working days, fully insured.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed​, may take up to 15 days to deliver, insured up to £250.

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, may take up to 15 days to deliver, insured up to £250.

 

International Tracked & Signed consignments cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature is needed. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to the Middle East. More in-depth information on services provided by Royal Mail can be found here.
