Wavelife

This collection of contemporary jewellery is a love song to my summers in Scandinavia spent by the sea. It seeks to distil the essence of waves crashing to shore - always in motion and forever remaking themselves.

The pieces are also a tribute to the sparse island aesthetic of the Stockholm archipelago and the things that inhabit it: the outline of a skerry that’s been washed smooth over millennia; the wingspan of a bird in flight across an endless, cloudless sky.

The archipelago is made up of over a thousand islands and exists for Stockholmers as a vital getaway from city life. For this reason, I’ve named each jewellery piece item after individual islands.

Many of them I visited during childhood summers onboard our family yacht; many more project for me the luxury of space, nature and freedom. I hope they begin to mean something special to you too.
